Location : Bandar Sri Damansara
Note : Public access to MRT Damansara Barat (2 mins walk to company) and we provide parking free.
Salary Range : up RM3,500 (Negotiable)
Responsibilities
- 1. Reception & Front Desk Duties
Answer and direct phone calls courteously
Greet and assist visitors and clients professionallyHandle incoming / outgoing mail and courier deliveriesMaintain a clean and organized front desk area2. Administrative SupportPerform data entry, filing, photocopying and scanning documents
Prepare simple reports and maintain office recordsAssist in document control and storageProvide clerical support to other departments, if required3. Office CoordinationMonitor and replenish office supplies
Coordinate meeting room bookings and basic set-upAssist with travel and meeting arrangementsHelp manage inventory of office equipment or materialsPrepare welcome pack and workstation for new staffProcess staff name card printing, create digital name card and manage staff locker4. Communication & SchedulingSchedule meetings and appointments as instructed
Relay messages accurately to staffCoordinate internal communication for admin-related matters5. Management of Office PantryOrder fresh milk 2-3 times a week
Monitor stock level and ordering of pantry itemsDaily cleaning and maintenance of L6 coffee machineStockkeeping of plates, bowls, cutleries6. Event & Ad Hoc SupportAssist with physical setup for internal events, meetings, and functions (e.g. furniture arrangement)
Provide onsite support during events to ensure smooth operation of eventRequirements
Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Office Management or related fieldGood command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and manage time effectivelyCustomer service oriented, especially for receptionist dutiesMust be a Malaysian citizen or possess valid working rights in MalaysiaKnowledge of basic office equipment (e.g. printer, scanner) is an advantageWilling to work at the assigned office location (may include reception / front desk coverage)Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of related experience are encouraged to applySeniority level
