Job Description
Responsible for managing and developing existing and new customers
Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, report and adjust goals as needed.
Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts.
Develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading team members.
Responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets.
Maintain good relationships with customers, vendors, business partners, and end users.
Builds market position by locating, developing, defining and closing business relationships.
Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
To conduct sales presentations and negotiations with customers.
To identify new business opportunities, requirements, and winning strategy in the geographical regions allocated.
Other duties as assigned by the leader, supervisor, and manager.
Job Requirements
Required language(s) : English and Malay
Minimum Diploma / Degree holder
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
Have a strong passion for sales and a desire to deliver results.
Possess own transport and willingness to travel outstation.
Ability to adapt to growth in a competitive environment.
