Responsibilities :

- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities.
- Present financing, leasing, and insurance options.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
2. Product Knowledge & Consultation
Stay updated on new car models, technologies, and industry trends.Provide professional advice on vehicle selection based on customer needs.Explain after-sales services, warranties, and maintenance plans.3. Sales Process Management
Generate leads through online inquiries, showroom walk-ins, and cold calls.Follow up with potential buyers via calls, emails, and appointments.Maintain records of customer interactions and sales progress.Process sales paperwork, loan applications, and registration documents.4. Customer Service & Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.Provide post-sales support, including delivery coordination and feedback collection.Address customer complaints and escalate issues if needed.5. Sales Targets & Performance
Work towards monthly and annual sales targets.Develop and execute sales strategies to boost performance.Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and test drive campaigns.6. Collaboration & Reporting
Work with marketing teams to promote vehicles and offers.Coordinate with service teams for after-sales support.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
