Key Responsibilities

• Review, manage, and analyze financial reports, including preparation and consolidation of group accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Responsible for factory expense control to make changes to spending habits to keep costs on track.
• Develop, implement, and monitor company budgets, comparing actual performance with projections.
• Responsible for group sustainability reporting, aligning financial activities with corporate ESG goals.
• Prepare and maintain accurate monthly sales forecasts to support strategic decision-making and resource planning.
• Perform internal controls to ensure integrity of financial and accounting information and fraud prevention.
• Drive the annual physical inventory to ensure records are accurate and correct;
• Evaluate investment proposals for new machinery or property acquisitions by analyzing potential returns, cash flow impacts, and alignment with profitability objectives.
• Review corporate tax computations to ensure compliance with tax regulations and optimize the company's tax position.
• Conduct comprehensive management accounting, including detailed sales and labour cost analysis to support strategic business decisions.
• Deal with internal and external auditors, bankers, and other external parties deemed necessary.
• Manage loan processes, including application, agreement review, and repayment tracking.
• E-Invoice Reconciliation.

Monitor and analyze variable and fixed costs, ensuring effective cost control and identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements across departments.
