Greeting and seating customers in a friendly and welcoming manner Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently Preparing and serving food and beverages to customers Maintaining a clean and organized dining area Assisting with kitchen duties as needed Providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer inquiries or concerns Adhering to health, safety and hygiene standards at all times What we\'re looking for

Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality or F&B industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Enthusiasm, reliability and a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays What we offer
