Role Overview
The E-Commerce Assistant Manager is responsible for driving the strategic growth, profitability, and operational excellence of SimplySiti’s online business across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Brand.com .
This role leads a team covering performance marketing, backend operations, live commerce, and affiliate management , ensuring cohesive execution and measurable business results. The ideal candidate blends strategic foresight, analytical sharpness, and leadership in managing both people and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the annual e-commerce business plan, aligning with brand and retail sales goals.
- Set monthly GMV, ROI, and profitability targets, and lead initiatives to achieve or exceed them.
- Identify new business opportunities such as cross-border expansion, platform collaborations, and exclusive online product launches.
- Work closely with senior management on forecasting, sales pacing, and budget planning.

Senior Executive (Performance Marketing & Backend Operations)
Executive (Live Commerce & Affiliates)Set clear KPIs, provide performance feedback, and ensure upskilling through continuous learning.Foster collaboration across marketing, supply chain, finance, and creative departments for seamless execution.Performance Marketing & Analytics
Oversee paid media strategy and budget across Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads, and Meta Ads.Monitor ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion trends, ensuring spend efficiency and sustained growth.Review and approve ad creatives, messaging, and targeting strategies with the internal team and agencies.Generate periodic performance reports and insights to guide management decisions.Operations & Backend Excellence
Ensure the accuracy and optimization of product listings, inventory data, store settings, and campaign setups.Coordinate with supply chain teams to align stock readiness with promotional and campaign timelines.Maintain strong working relationships with platform account managers to secure exposure opportunities, co-funding, and campaign participation.Troubleshoot and resolve major operational or backend issues quickly and effectively.Live Commerce & Affiliate Management
Supervise direct report of E-commerce Executive to manage and grow :A roster of live hosts aligned with brand tone and sales KPIs.
The affiliate network for sustained revenue contribution.Review live session schedules, scripts, conversion dashboards, and host performance metrics.Approve incentive structures, commissions, and collaborations that drive engagement and conversion.Ensure live commerce activities align with monthly sales campaigns and product focus priorities.Promotional & Campaign Execution
Oversee the planning and profitability of all promotion mechanics (vouchers, bundles, GWPs, flash sales, etc.).Benchmark competitor campaigns to maintain strong category presence and pricing competitiveness.Approve promo budgets, mechanics, and discount tiers to balance sales uplift and margin control.Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.Minimum 4-5 years experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail, ideally within FMCG or consumer brand sectors.Strong understanding of digital analytics, SEO / SEM, and performance marketing.Excellent leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.Strong passion in digital and ecommerce environmentInterested candidates are invited to submit their resume to
