Sales Assistant

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Assistants / Sales Associates to join our growing retail team at Insta360 operated by Lau Malaysia Distribution . In this role, you will be responsible for greeting customers warmly, understanding their needs, and providing tailored product recommendations to ensure an excellent shopping experience. You will assist with daily store operations, maintain merchandise displays, manage stock replenishment, and ensure the store is always neat and organised. Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly attitude
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Drive sales to achieve store targets
• Assist in merchandise display, replenishment, and stock arrangement
• Handle cashiering duties accurately
• Maintain store cleanliness and organisation
• Support store promotions and marketing activities
• Daily, Weekly & Monthly Report
• Provide after-sales service to build customer loyalty
