Your main responsibilities will be to :
- Manage and monitor all Tenancy Agreements
- Monitor and manage monthly utilities payments
- Oversee hostel onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain the master list of photocopier machines and manage the service provider contract
- Stationery & Office Supply Management
- Procurement & Systems
- Perform Goods Receive Note (GRN) entries in Microsoft BC
- Courier Services Administration
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Property / Facilities Management, Real Estate, Accounting, or a related field.Additional certifications in Facilities Management, Contract Management, or Procurement are an advantage.–2 years of relevant working experience in :Property or tenancy managementAdministrative support for multi-location operations (e.g., branches, hostels, HQ)Vendor and contract managementProcurement and inventory controlGeneral office management or operations
