What you'll be doing?

Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with IDC's vision and growth plans.

Brand Excellence : Champion quality, presentation, and service excellence across all outlets.

Financial Management : Oversee financial performance and P&L accountability for all outlets.

People Development : Lead and mentor operations managers, head chefs, and outlet managers.

Customer Experience : Ensure high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Supply Chain Management : Oversee supply chain operations to ensure consistency and quality.

Expansion & Project Management : Support the pre‑opening and rollout of new outlets.

Who are they looking for?

Experience : Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience in the F&B industry.

Leadership Skills : Exceptional leadership, communication, and team‑building skills.

Strategic Thinking : Ability to balance creativity, brand vision, and commercial priorities.

Financial Acumen : Strong business and financial acumen with a solid understanding of P&L.
