Penerangan pekerjaanMinimum 2 years of experience in payroll or HR operations Familiar with Malaysian labor laws and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR systems / software (SQL) Strong attention to detail, organized, and able to meet deadlines Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin and English (due to the nature of internal communication and document handling)
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle payroll-related tasks, along with general HR administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage monthly payroll processing, including OT, deductions, and statutory contributions
- Maintain accurate employee attendance and leave records
- Prepare payroll reports and related HR documentation
- Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain proper filing of HR documents and employee records
- Support the HR department in day-to-day operations and administrative duties
