We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle payroll-related tasks, along with general HR administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage monthly payroll processing, including OT, deductions, and statutory contributions
- Maintain accurate employee attendance and leave records
- Prepare payroll reports and related HR documentation
- Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain proper filing of HR documents and employee records
- Support the HR department in day-to-day operations and administrative duties
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll or HR operationsFamiliar with Malaysian labor laws and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR systems / software (SQL)Strong attention to detail, organized, and able to meet deadlinesAble to communicate fluently in Mandarin and English (due to the nature of internal communication and document handling)Note
Working Days : Monday to Friday (5 days work)
