What We're Looking For :

  • Has a great attitude and enjoys helping others
  • Can smile even when the printer jams (again)
  • Is a multitasking ninja with an eye for detail
  • Knows how to use Microsoft Office like a pro
  • Can keep a calendar more organized than a wedding planner

Your Mission (if you choose to accept it) :

  • Keep our admin tasks running like a well-oiled machine
  • Handle calls, emails & office docs with a smile
  • Assist in planning, scheduling & coordinating training sessions
  • Support trainers during on-site or virtual training (setup, logistics, etc.)
  • Follow up on documentation & compile reports post-raining
  • Be the friendly face that keeps things running smoothly
  • Minimum Requirements :

  • SPM / Diploma in any field
  • Have a valid driving license
  • Good customer service skills
  • Are not afraid to ask questions, smile often, and stay calm under pressure
  • Basic computer skills (bonus points if you love Excel)
  • Fresh grads welcome – we love positive energy

  • Job Type : Full-Time
  • Location : Setia Alam
  • Working Hours : Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm; Sat working alternate.
