Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Open to candidates with no prior experience but a strong willingness to learn. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in Mandarin and Malay. Intermediate Excel and Google Spreadsheets literacy. Familiarity with postcodes / routing / mapping would be of good use Excellent leadership and communication skills Able to work in an agile environment Fast learner, comfortable with fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
- Monitor & coordinate seller pick-up order
- Assign pick-up locations according to the timing of pick-up and ensure cost optimisation at all times
- Perform quality and quantity checks once items have arrived at the warehouse
- Address seller complaints and perform analysis to identify the root cause. Simultaneously implementing preventive measures
- Ensure all pick-up activities are carried out in a timely manner by monitoring the productivity of drivers & riders
- Assist the fleet team lead in deployment and training of new drivers where applicable
- Monitor and report KPI compliance
- Ensure the compliance of safety policies and standard operations procedures for warehouse parcel inbound
