Job Responsibility

Source and contacting of new potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
Handling customer enquiries, promptly and professionally answering their enquiries, listening to their requirements and present appropriately to close deals.
Preparing and sending with detailed and accurate quotation to customers and follow up.
Negotiate with customers effectively and strategically align efforts towards achieving sales targets.
Preparing reports for monthly meeting regarding sales targets, strategies, data and boosting sales.

Job Requirements

Qualification with at least SPM / STPM or Diploma in any field

Preferably with 1 year experience in sales, and preferably in the sign-making, printing or media advertising industry.

Possess own transport and willing to travel to customer's place around Klang Valley.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and / or Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak in Mandarin will be advantages

Good in customer service, sales skills, presentation and negotiation skills, able to work independently, a proven team player, result oriented, highly motivated and proactive

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
