Job Summary

Job Summary : This is a sales leader role – responsible to define and executing strategic sales plans, building a strong performance-driven culture, and enabling the team to deliver sustainable business growth (REV & GP), expand market presence and strengthen long-term customer partnerships. The Sales Manager will focus on acquiring new business, account management and retention under his own portfolio. He is also responsible to lead & develop a high-performing sales team that consistently achieves and exceeds company targets and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver overall company growth objectives by developing & executing high-performance sales strategies
• Build & manage a robust pipeline of high-value accounts, targeting strategic verticals, and trade lanes to capture new markets
• Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to business closure, with a focus on volume, margins, retention, expansion
