Responsibilities
- Support policy compliance by developing, testing, and maintaining procedures and guidelines.
- Oversee onboarding / offboarding processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion while guiding managers and employees.
- Manage HR data processing and provide process guidance to colleagues.
- Resolve complex HR operations queries and escalate critical issues when necessary.
- Contribute to operational improvements by reviewing processes and suggesting enhancements.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement through actions, meetings, and events.
- Monitor and report noncompliance with policies, procedures, or regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Minimum of 1 year proven experience in HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration.Hands-on experience with HR data processing, analysis, and reporting.Ability to comprehend and implement HR processes, procedures, and guidelines.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex queries.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.Proven experience with SAP and / or SuccessFactors systems.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Details
