This role is key to driving project sales and business growth in the northern region, covering Penang, Kedah, Perlis, and Perak. As part of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful project delivery. You will serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams to secure new business and strengthen the company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop business opportunities in the project sales segmentBuild and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, and quantity surveyorsManage the sales funnel and track each stage of the customer journeyDeliver presentations and propose tailored solutions to meet client needsAchieve sales targets and implement corrective actions where requiredProvide timely sales reports and updates to managementCoordinate delivery schedules and ensure customer satisfaction through effective after-sales serviceAddress and resolve site-related issues in collaboration with clients and internal teamsSkills & Experience Required
Diploma or Degree in any field of studyMinimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B project sales, preferably in construction or related industriesStrong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with confidence in engaging stakeholders at all levelsProven ability to manage sales pipelines and close deals effectivelyPossess own transport and willing to travel within the northern regionHow to Apply
