Senior Executive - Project

Overview

Silicon Island Development Sdn Bhd (SIDSB) is a joint venture made up of the Penang Government's special purpose vehicle Penang Infrastructure Corporation (PIC) and the project delivery partner SRS Consortium Sdn Bhd (SRS). SIDSB's role as project developer (PD) includes hiring and maintaining an adequately staffed and competent and skilled project team to fulfil its obligations in the Project Development Agreement, which is the reclamation and development of Island A.

Job Summary

Senior Engineer tasked to oversee the Project Social Impact Management Plan (SIMP) Package, Engineering Approval Processes, Land delivery & Titling.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting, following up, and ensuring the smooth implementation and coordination of the Social Impact Management Plan (SIMP) related matters under Project Requirements & State Government.
• Liaising with local authorities, agencies & related parties for approval matters as assigned by the company.
• Reporting and tracking the approval status and process flow for SIMP program execution and land delivery status.
• Preparing documentation related to the approval department including C&C forms, Management Papers, letters and presentation slides (Task Force Nelayan).
• Complying and adhering to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety, Health and Environment related to the job scope and workplace as required by the company.
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by management.

Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering / Project Management or equivalent.

Experience

5 - 10 years of experience in related field.
