• Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities :
• Credit Analysis & Collections Management
• Conduct in-depth analysis of clients’ financial statements to assess creditworthiness and recommend credit limits
• Oversee the collection of outstanding debts, ensuring timely payments and managing delinquent accounts
• Evaluate and mitigate credit risks to minimize financial losses.
• Drive low receivables overdue and working capital opportunities
• Technical support
• Provide technical support and guidance on related sales distribution modules and credit / collections module eg FSCM
• Process Improvement
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in receivables, credit and collections operations
• Analysis and reporting to drive information and initiative for improvement
• Training and Mentoring

• Essential Requirements :
• Educational Background : A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Experience : Typically, 5+ years in order to cash, with experience in a technical role. FMCG commercial experience is advantageous
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in digital tools, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills
• Soft Skills : Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
