Sales Executive — ShopeeFood (Fresh grads welcome!)

About The Team

You’ll join a fast-moving sales team driving merchant acquisition for our food delivery platform. This is an entry-level role ideal for fresh grads or candidates with up to 1–2 years’ experience who are hungry to learn, grow, and hit targets.

Your main goal : sign up and activate F&B merchants in your assigned area and help them perform on ShopeeFood.

What you’ll do — day-to-day

• Acquire and activate F&B merchants across your assigned areas (phone, online or face-to-face) to meet outlet sign-up targets.
• Prioritise high-potential outlets and explore underserved sub-areas for expansion.
• Maintain and regularly update the sales funnel (pipeline hygiene, status updates, conversion notes) to ensure accurate forecasting and progress tracking.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of all merchant paperwork, onboarding forms and reports.
• Record and report on on-ground insights and merchant / competitor feedback (field observations, merchant needs, win / loss reasons), escalating actionable items to the team.
• Identify competitor activity and recommend quick-win actions to protect and grow our presence.
• Support account management and cross-functional teams with handovers and merchants follow-through.
