We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing sector. This is a strategic and hands‑on generalist role , responsible for partnering with business leaders to drive people initiatives that support operational goals and a high‑performance culture.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees alike, ensuring that HR strategies align with business priorities while maintaining compliance, engagement, and talent excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to plant and functional leadership teams on all HR matters.
- Drive and implement HR initiatives in areas such as talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and succession planning.
- Support organizational design, workforce planning, and change management projects.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance, and development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety, and company policies.
- Collaborate closely with the wider HR team (C&B, L&D, Talent Acquisition) to deliver consistent, high-quality HR support.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform people and business decisions.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).Minimum 8 years of progressive HR generalist or HRBP experience , preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment .Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and influence across all levels of the organization.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills.A proactive, hands‑on, and solution‑oriented approach.#J-18808-Ljbffr
