Cafe Supervisor

Position Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cafe Supervisor to manage daily operations at the Botanic Resort Club, Klang. This position requires someone who can maintain high standards of service while overseeing administrative duties such as controlling petty cash and processing e-invoice claims. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality, possess excellent leadership skills, and be comfortable using computers for various tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and lead café staff to ensure smooth operations and high customer service standards.
• Train new and existing staff on café procedures, health & safety, and customer service expectations.
• Develop work schedules and manage labor costs effectively.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Oversee café operations, including stock management, food & beverage quality, and cleanliness.
• Control and reconcile petty cash, ensuring accurate documentation and appropriate use of funds.
• Process e-invoices, verify details, and liaise with the finance department for discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and support marketing initiatives and promotions.
