Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Sanyeong Agricultural Solutions Sdn Bhd. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our client portfolio across the Malaysia market. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in achieving our strategic objectives and cementing our position as a leading provider of innovative agricultural solutions.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with the company's growth strategy
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through networking, presentations and pitches
• Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing plans to drive lead generation and conversion
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, product and delivery teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Negotiate contract terms and close sales, meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets
• Provide regular sales forecasting and reporting to the leadership team
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity and customer needs to identify new opportunities
