Penerangan pekerjaanServe as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring prompt and professional communication. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues, implement requests, and deliver response within agreed timelines. Draft and review client communications and service updates. Maintain and update client queries, status trackers. Participate in client meetings, calls, or review sessions and ensure follow-up on action items. Track client feedback and service satisfaction; elevate issues when needed. Good written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities Ability to multitask Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Must be able to work in KL.
