At Aramex Malaysia, we're looking for a driven and independent Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic customer accounts, ensure service excellence, and support our continued success in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
Key Responsibilities Include :
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact and ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and support
- Sales Growth & Revenue Management
- Achieve individual and team sales targets (USD), aligned with company revenue goals
- Drive revenue through cross-selling, upselling, and identifying new business opportunities
- Manage and track budgets related to assigned key accounts
- Strategic Account Planning
- Develop and implement tailored account plans based on client goals and company strategy
- Identify and prioritize high-value accounts to maximize growth and profitability
- Internal Coordination & Collaboration
- Work closely with internal departments including sales, marketing, product, operations, and customer support
- Ensure a seamless experience for clients by coordinating internal efforts
- Customer Retention & Satisfaction
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction and retention metrics
- Encourage clients to use cost-effective, automated service channels
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to address performance and future growth
- Problem Solving & Client Support
- Resolve client issues, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Act as a trusted advisor and escalation point for key accounts
- Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Analyze customer data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Generate reports to monitor account performance, revenue trends, and KPI achievements
To be successful in this role, you will need :
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field3–4 years of working experience in key account management, preferably in the Freight Forwarding or Logistics industryProven track record in sales, customer growth, and revenue generationExperience in customer support is a plusProficient in MS Office and CRM toolsExcellent command of English, both written and verbalStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsSolid market knowledge and ability to build rapport with diverse clientsWhy Join Aramex?
