Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a regional sales strategy. Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and modern sales tools. Willingness to travel within assigned territory (approx. 30–50%). Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and engage new customers within your assigned region, with a focus on mid-to-large manufacturers and suppliers.
- Build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities across sectors such as EV / automotive, power generation, motors, and transformers.
- Engage with technical stakeholders (design, engineering, procurement) to position product solutions that meet performance and compliance needs.
- Translate customer requirements (e.g., thermal rating, insulation type, conductor material) into clear proposals.
- Collaborate with internal R&D, operations, and logistics teams to align solutions and delivery with customer expectations.
- Manage contract negotiations and pricing within defined commercial guidelines.
- Monitor regional market trends and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual new business revenue targets.
- Accurately maintain CRM data and provide regular forecasting updates.
