Job Description

• Develop and implement regional Market Access strategies to ensure optimal product availability and secure reimbursement and pricing.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to shape healthcare policies, regulations, and reimbursement pathways.
• Analyze market trends, healthcare policies, and funding landscapes to guide strategic decision‑making.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated market access plans and successful initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, healthcare policy makers, payers, industry associations, and healthcare providers.
• Provide thought leadership and expertise in policy development within the Life Sciences industry.
• Educate internal stakeholders on the strategic role of Market Access in driving business growth.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
• Deliver clear presentations and reports to communicate strategies, progress, and achievements effectively.
• Manage and develop a regional team, fostering best practices and capability building.
