Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team at Southern Latex Products Sdn Bhd in Sungai Bakap, Penang. In this full-time position, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients mainly from Europe and US, as well as Asia.
What you'll be doing
- Managing order processing and shipment arrangement
- Prepare proforma invoice, sale contract, shipping document, and follow up payment with customer
- Service and maintain good networking and relationships with existing customers
- Assist in internal efficient communication to resolve customer concerns
- Assist in marketing development / coordination and contribute to sales growth
- Prepare monthly sales reports and market analysis
- Handling overseas and local exhibitions when required
- Handling customer complaints
- Coordinating shipment inspection
- Attending overseas & local exhibitions when required
