Business Strategist - translate idea into action, bringing synergies and optimise opportunities

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Business Planning team. As a Business Planning Analyst, you will play a crucial role in data management, requirements analysis, and system maintenance. The ideal candidate is proficient in data analysis, has a strong understanding of business processes, and is adept at leveraging technology to drive operational efficiency.

Strategic Support & Presentation

Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry developments to provide actionable insights.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for the Executives to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Assist in developing materials for board meetings, client presentations, and strategy reviews.
Summarize key findings and recommendations for presentation to senior management or external partners.

Data Management & Reporting

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze data-related requirements.

Identify and rectify data quality issues to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Develop dashboards and reports for key performance indicators (KPIs).

Analyze trends and patterns in data to provide valuable insights for decision-making.

Create detailed reports and summaries to highlight findings and recommendations.

Tracking

Implement data tracking mechanisms to capture and record identified data points.

Regularly review and enhance data tracking processes based on feedback and evolving requirements.Clearly define specific data points that need to be tracked.Define how data points are related and contribute to overall tracking goals.

Process Improvement

Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose improvements.

Support change management initiatives and track their effectiveness.

Document best practices and ensure knowledge transfer across teams.

Systems

Act as a key point of contact (PIC) for systems and platforms.

Ensure data integrity, compliance, security, and proper system usage.

Champion the use of systems to enhance operational efficiency.

Collaborate with IT teams to address system-related issues and improvements.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

Act as a liaison between the Executives and other departments, ensuring seamless communication.

Prepare and review documents, reports, and correspondence on behalf of the Executives.
