Data Entry & Record Keeping
- Accurately record financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, in accounting software.
Invoicing & Payments
Prepare and process invoices, track payments, and manage customer and vendor accounts.Receiving and recording vouchers, cash and checksAssisting with tax payments and filing.Reconciliation
Reconcile bank statements, general ledgers, and other accounts to ensure accuracy and report any discrepancies.Reporting
Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries of accounting activities. Checking for accuracy in reports, figures and postingsFiling
Maintain orderly and accessible physical and electronic financial filing systems.Support Senior Staff
Provide administrative and clerical support to senior accountants and the accounting department.Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.QUALIFICATION & REQUIRED SKILLS
Possess a recognized SPM / Diploma in Accounting or related qualifications.Experience with accounting software is an advantage and other office applications.Must be able speak Mandarin, interact with internal teams, vendors, and potentially customers.Able work as a team.
