Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).Minimum 18 years of HR leadership experience, with at least 7 years in a senior executive role within financial services.Proven track record in driving transformation, leading through change, and managing complex stakeholder relationships.Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the banking / financial sector.What's on Offer
