Overview
Proactively monitor servers, applications, and security systems to ensure optimal performance. Identify, document, and resolve technical issues in line with Incident Management protocols. Deliver tasks within agreed service levels, including Service Requests, Incidents, Changes, and Patch Management. Continuously evaluate systems and recommend enhancements for deployment. Prepare, maintain, and present progress reports to customers and internal operations teams. Participate in a 24 / 7 on-call standby rotation to support operations. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
Diploma in IT / Computer Studies or equivalent (minimum).Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in infrastructure support.Relevant vendor certifications (Citrix, Microsoft, Veeam, Acronis, Broadcom, Cisco, Fortinet) are an added advantage.ITIL Foundation certification is required.Good command of spoken and written English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage, with preference for Mandarin-speaking candidates.Strong ability to prioritize tasks and work with urgency.Able to work independently with high attention to detail and as a collaborative team player with effective communication skills.Experience with Identity Management (Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID).Knowledge of Cloud / Virtualization platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and hands-on scripting experience (PowerShell, Python).Experience in at least one of the following areas : network technologies (Cisco, Fortinet, NetScaler, Palo Alto); Microsoft 365 ecosystem (O365, Intune, Defender, SharePoint, Exchange); End User Computing solutions (Citrix, Microsoft, ManageEngine).Resourceful, self-motivated, and responsible with strong technical skills.How to Apply
