Overview

Are you a highly motivated and results-driven aesthetic sales professional? If so, we believe you are the Sales Supervisor we're looking for. We reward individuals who possess a strong passion for the aesthetic industry, a proven track record in sales, and an unwavering desire to earn substantial commissions.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Oriented : Drive sales achievements and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive client acquisition and retention. Build strong rapport with clients by providing professional recommendations on aesthetic treatment packages and products to customer. Personally drive sales through consultations, product / service recommendations, and closing deals. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our aesthetic services and products. Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Client Management : Ensure accurate and timely recording of client information and sales activities. Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Foster a positive and welcoming environment for clients.
  • Commission Driven : Understand and be driven by a commission based sales structure. Set personal sales goals and always in the action to achieve the sale goals. Proactively find ways to increase the earnings.

    • Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the aesthetic, beauty, or wellness industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a strong desire to exceed targets.
  • Able to work during weekends and public holidays as needed.

    • Attractive Basic Salary + Lucrative Group and Personal Commission
