Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Subang Jaya for a Project Administrator. The Project Administrator will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing schedules, preparing progress reports, and ensuring that project deadlines are met. This role involves liaising with project stakeholders, managing project documentation, and providing administrative support to project managers.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Experience in administrative and clerical tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
• Previous experience in a project administration role is a plus
• Familiarity with retail or wholesale industry is an advantage
