Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledgers on a regular basis
- Prepare financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
- Review and process expenses vouchers, invoices, and other fiscal documents for payment, reconcile monthly statements from vendors
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
- Monitor and report variances to senior management
- Provide financial analysis, plans, targets, and business drivers
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payment transactions and deposits
- Manage credit and collection of accounts receivable, ensure prompt payment following
- Assist with internal and external audit processes
- Review financial documents and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
- Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported
- Collaborate with department heads to keep them informed of financial status and discrepancies
- Interact with external parties such as vendors, consultants, and professional services personnel
- Identify opportunities for process and efficiency improvements
- Implement best financial practices and technology to optimize financial procedures
Qualifications
