The role focuses on ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, including campaign execution, reporting, analysis and ad hoc requests. The position ensures that ongoing marketing activities remain undisrupted and that business continuity is maintained. The Day-To-Day Activities Execute and monitor postpaid CVM campaigns, ensuring timelines and quality are met. Support day-to-day operational tasks including campaign setup, coordination and follow-ups. Prepare regular campaign reports and provide analysis on performance to internal stakeholders. Manage ad hoc requests related to campaign performance and customer insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth campaign execution. Assist in customer data segmentation and targeting to improve campaign relevance. Ensure proper documentation and updates of campaign activities for team visibility. Escalate issues and provide timely updates to the manager / department head when required. About You Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field Experience in marketing, campaign management or analytics is an advantage Strong skills in Excel / PowerPoint Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Execute campaigns accurately and on time. Analyse & report on performance with clear insights. Coordinate & communicate effectively with stakeholders. What’s Next ?
