We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and people-driven individual to join our Business Support Department . This role offers the opportunity to contribute across Human Resources, Administration, Procurement, and Membership Management , ensuring the smooth running of MTSFB’s operations and supporting our mission to drive industry standards and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources (HR) Support
- Provide comprehensive support across all HR functions, including end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and training logistics.
- Assist in the development and implementation of progressive HR policies and initiatives that strengthen organisational culture and performance.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with internal processes and statutory requirements.
Administrative Coordination
Manage scheduling, correspondence, and document handling with professionalism and efficiency.Support departmental operations through meticulous record-keeping, coordination, and follow-up actions.Prepare and process staff claims accurately, ensuring adherence to company policies.Reporting & Analysis
Assist in preparing quarterly utilisation reports, compiling and analysing data related to HR and operational expenditure.Support management in identifying trends and opportunities for process improvement.Coordinate procurement requests, including obtaining quotations, evaluating responses, and ensuring timely follow-ups.Liaise with vendors to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely service delivery in line with organisational standards.Membership Management
Support membership recruitment, engagement, and retention activities.Ensure timely collection of membership fees and maintain accurate member records.What We’re Looking For
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.2–5 years of relevant experience in HR operations, administration, or procurement.Strong organisational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.Professional, dependable, and adaptable , with a high level of personal integrity.Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., WorkSmartly, SQL Payroll) is an advantage.Why Join Us
