Job description管理客户支持工具和CRM软件；协助家长和学生有效理解并使用平台； 与家长沟通，分享学习进展与改进建议； 提供个性化的英语学习支持；管理学员档案并确保服务质量；监控学生学习进度并提供可执行的反馈； 通过社交媒体建立学习社区，定期在群组中分享学习相关信息，设计并组织小组学习活动，提升学生的学习效果。
TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage customer support tools and CRM software；Assist parents and students in understanding and utilizing the platform effectively；
- Communicate with parents to share updates and recommendations
- Provide personalized English learning support；Manage a portfolio of students and ensure service quality；Monitor student progress and give actionable feedback；
- Use social media to create a learning community, regularly share study- related information in the group, design and organize group learning activities, and enhance students' learning effectsoutcomes.
