Overview
Responsible of assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts.
Including but not limited to the following :
- Set up, optimize the online stores and help to achieve sales targets
- Manage daily e-commerce operations (order processing / product listing / Stock Inventory)
- To complete and coordinate order fulfillment and delivery
- Support online customer enquires promptly (pre-Sales, after-sales)
- Organize and drive sales promotion and related activities for all online marketplace based on annual sales plan
- Work closely with the product marketing team to improve stores traffic and increase conversion rate
- Actively liaise and coordinate with stakeholders, such as warehouse, logistic, customer care department, courier company, and online marketplace team
- Assist superior in all ad-hoc assignments to optimize store sales / operation / traffic
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least diploma / degree in Commerce, Multimedia / Digital Marketing / Business Admin, Marketing or any related courseMinimum 2 years working experience in related field (ecommerce)Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and design apps / softwareFamiliar with ecommerce back-end system such as Lazada / Shopee / Webshop will be an added advantageAbility to work in fast paced and digital innovative environmentCustomer service oriented and team player#J-18808-Ljbffr
