- Job Position : Customer Service Executive (English & Mandarin Speakers Only)
- Industry : Telecommunication
- Working Hours : 7am to 3am rotational shift, 5 working days per week
- Location : Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya (Nearby Ara Damansara LRT)
- Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other raising issues related to the company's products.
- To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
