We are looking for Senior Executive or equivalent talent who major in recruitment and employee disciplines (retailing / pharmacies) to handle recruitment and employee matters.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Employee Relations

Communicates and works closely with internal and external stakeholders by initiating the recruitment strategies for hiring requirements and manpower planning.

Develops and collaborates with universities and colleges by participating in career fairs, career talks or events.

Upkeeps and maintains accuracy for new joiner’s data entry in the system, handles employee personnel files and documentations.
