UI / UX Manager - Telco Enterprise Order Management

Job description7+ years in UI / UX design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role. Proven track record in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms (Telco, CPQ, BSS, Order Management, Banking / Financial Services strongly preferred). Ability to balance leadership with hands-on design (prototyping, user research, A / B testing, usability validation). Experience building and scaling design systems in Figma or equivalent tools. Strong knowledge of DesignOps frameworks and scaling design maturity. Customer-centric mindset with proven ability to translate insights into actionable design outcomes. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across Product, Engineering, and Executive leadership. Experience collaborating with global, distributed teams across time zones. A strong portfolio showing leadership impact and hands-on design execution. Lead and evolve the design function for a flagship global SaaS product. Balance leadership with hands-on craft to impact user experience. Influence how Tier-1 Telco and Enterprise customers manage complex workflows. Collaborate in a flexible, diverse, and global workplace. Access structured professional development and clear career progression. Remote-friendly policy : 100% remote with occasional in-person workshops (e.g., Bali, Melbourne). Twice-yearly workshops in Bali, Indonesia for team activities, training, and collaboration. Two paid volunteer days per year to support community organizations.

UI / UX Manager - Telco Enterprise Order Management at CSG. This role leads the design practice and elevates the overall product experience for the Q&O platform, an order management and quoting system used in enterprise environments.

Role and Responsibilities
We’re seeking an experienced UI / UX Manager who can lead our design practice and deliver a scalable, intuitive product experience. This hands-on design leader will balance people leadership, strategic thinking, and delivery execution in enterprise SaaS contexts (Telco, CPQ, BSS, Order Management, Banking / Financial Services or Logistics).
What you will do :
- Define and deliver the design vision for the Q&O platform.
- Lead and mentor a distributed team of UI / UX Designers.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma.
- Stay hands-on with prototyping, research, A / B testing, and usability validation.
- Champion DesignOps, accessibility, and usability across the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Product & Engineering to ensure timely delivery of designs.
