Job descriptionMinimum 1-Year experience Must have at least basic knowledge on Employment Act 1955 Able to communicate & write in English and Malay Candidate must have Bachelor in Human Resource Management, Administrative Science or related field
Respnosibilities :
- Maintatin employee records
- Handle leave, attendance, and claims
- Assist with onboarding and off-boarding
- Support payroll and benefits administration
- Help ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies
- Handles end-to-end payroll processing, from attendance tracking to salary disbursement and statutory compliance
- Handles employee on & off-boarding process
- Responsible for HRDC training coordination, including registration, claims, and regulatory compliance.
