Production Manager

​​Responsible to lead the Production team for overall production delivery of ROADM products. ​To supervise and maintain production line in proper order, following procedures and control plan all the time. ​To execute production build plans & activities according to timeline.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• ​To lead the Production team for overall production delivery of ROADM products.
• ​To supervise and maintain production line in proper order, following procedures and control plan all the time.
• ​To execute production build plans & activities according to timeline. To participate to continuously monitor and improve the product line processes & quality.
• To provide the necessary support and coordination to pilot build of new products for timely completion.
• ​Identify, quantify and report any quality problem with materials and / or processes for seeking solution from the team.
• ​To drive relevant counterparts (e.g. Main Store, Finished Good & etc) for timely kitting and completion of jobs against customer delivery schedule.
• ​Performs any other duties as directed by the immediate supervisor from time to time.
