Requirements :
- SPM / Diploma holders (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
- Basic computer literacy and MS Office proficiency
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities :
Assist accounts department with financial record maintenanceHandle data entry, filing, and document managementPrepare and process invoices and payment vouchersLiaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teamsMonitor and respond to emails and correspondenceSupport daily office operations and schedulingAssist in preparing monthly reportsBenefits :
