We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead and deliver property development projects from conceptual design through to completion and handover. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the planning, execution, and delivery of development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

This role is critical in supporting the company's strategic direction and growth. It requires a dynamic leader with strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

1. Project Planning & Execution

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple property development and construction projects from inception to completion.
• Define project scope, timeline, deliverables, and ensure alignment with company goals and development schedules.
