Job descriptionStrong proficiency in Mandarin and ENGLISH (C1) Good command of English or Bahasa Malaysia 1 year experience in Customer Service and financial industry Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service role is a plus A minimum Diploma qualification Working Hours : Sun - Thu, 1.30pm - 10.30pm We are located in Subang Jaya, accessible by LRT Putra or KTM Subang Jaya station Commission structure that rewards hard work Annual Leave EPF and SOCSO

RM3,500.00 / bln - RM4,000.00 / bln
Responsibilities
- Focusing diligently on voice & non-voice channels to swiftly address customer queries and take ownership of their concerns
- Striking the perfect balance between customer requirements and business objectives, showcasing skills in sales and marketing techniques
- Expertly articulating and presenting information about products while professionally managing high inquiry volumes
- Upholding accountability for individual KPIs and working cohesively towards team goals
- Mastering business strategies to enhance customer services, guiding clients toward efficient self-service solutions
- Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and actively collaborating with Team Leaders and Managers
- Upholding integrity and confidentiality standards by safeguarding customer information at all times
