Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit progress claims and related documents (VO, insurance, etc.) on time.
- Attend internal / external meetings and follow up with consultants / main contractors on certifications.
- Ensure timely payment by coordinating with Project, Sales, and Credit teams; assist in collections.
- Support in agreements (e.g., temporary use, settlement), resolve final accounts within 3 months post-completion.
- Use SAP for invoicing, VO input, reconciliation; initiate follow-ups for unpaid or uncertified items.
- Provide contract advice and support, including claims evaluation, LAD / back charge management, and negotiations.
- Manage banker’s guarantees, performance bonds, and ensure cancellation upon job completion.
- Coordinate with insurance brokers to secure the required project insurance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory submissions (CIDB, NIOSH, etc.).
- Maintain regular reporting, database updates, and meet group requirements.
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma / Degree in Quantity SurveyingMinimum 1 year of experience in construction, consultancy, or developer-related roles.Good communication and writing in English .Communicate well with internal and external customer .Able to work under minimal supervision.Good computer knowledge.Good problem-solving skills.Great working environment.Seniority Level
