Job descriptionMaintaining staff attendance, annual leave & M.C. recordsResponsible for preparing Employment Offer Letter & all other related HR letters.Ensure compliance of Labour Act, Industrial Relation Act, HRD Corp and Local authority requirements.Renewal of foreign worker's permit / special pass & all matter related to foreign worker's employment.Monitor and keep track with the timeline set to the employees with disciplinary / performance issues.To perform general clerical duties -not limited to photocopying, mailing, filling and preparations of documentations.Organize and maintain all documents in a proper manner.Keeping track of cycle of all maintenance contracts.To manage the administration work related to the office requirementProvide general office administration support.Able to perform basic bookkeeping and account entries.Prepare payment to vendors and claims (process payment, prepare invoice, payment voucher, receipts, cheques)To assist in accounts daily transaction, checking, verification & follow up.To perform special task / projects / assignments or any other work given by The Management / immediate superior as and when required.
