PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE / SUPERVISOR

1) Assist the production manager with the 4Ms : Materials, Manpower, Machines, and Methods.

2) Assist the Production Manager in ensuring that finished goods are produced on time according to sales orders.

3) Responsible for R&D project activities.

4) Responsible in dispensing the raw material including raw herbs

5) Maintain accurate records of machine breakdown incidents, including downtime and repair progress tracking.

6) Provide assistance during machine repair or maintenance when breakdowns occur to minimize production disruption.

7) Maintain quality control measures to ensure products meet specifications and regulatory requirements.

8) Assist in monitoring inventory levels of materials to ensure alignment with the production schedule.

9) Cooperate with the QAQC department on all production documents (BMR).

10) Assist in solving problems encountered during production, including quality issues and complaints.

11) Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during product processing.

12) Any other duties assigned by a superior from time to time

Job Requirements :

Secondary School / SPM / O\" Level / Professional Certificate / Diploma with minimum 3 years working experience in the Traditional Medicine / Health Supplement / Pharmaceutical / Manufacturing Industry

Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Malay (spoken and written). We are seeking a candidate who can read and understand Chinese, as this position involves handling Chinese raw herbs

Having mechanical and technical knowledge is an added advantage.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively manage production operators.

A strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
